writers and poets are always confused

I read Robbins years ago and tried again recently and found his writing to be boringly bad.
Wish I’d have been there!

Although I gather that Shelley did write some prose, I don’t know that enough people read it today for an argument like this to break out. The only poem of his that left much of an impression on me was Ozymandias.
His wife did write a rather famous novel, though.
Where are the dogs?
No true book lover would ever throw a book. Chairs, yes. Lamps, yes. But not books.
And THIS is why those of us who stick with dogs and books do so. sigh.
This couldn’t be any worse than the William Faulkner vs Victor Hugo squabble.
