That Garfield, is the problem. He’s looking a little jaundiced.

Cheesy, but I’m hoping the next few strips involve Garfield attempting and failing to take care of Jon because Liz isn’t available.

Still a weird cat, old G. Will eat canaries, won’t even touch a mouse. Go figure. Still, he looks suprisingly genuinely interested in Jon’s health here … Very unlike Garfield to care. Maybe the cat’s losing it a bit as well ;-)

Actually, finickyness like Garfield’s is standard package in cats, Victor Goya.

BTW, he’s actually only being sarky about Jon’s health–probably Jon has put G on a diet (hasn’t he ever learned from the disastrous results?).

Of course Garfield cares about Jon’s health. If Jon is sick, who’s going to fix Garfield’s lasagna?

I miss Garfield’s love affair with lasagna. Like the time he said Thursday is always lasagna day and when Jon brought him regular cat food on Thursday he threw it in his face to jog his memory lol!

Good point, drtoon! Besides, do you know how many canaries it takes to fill you up?

I think Garfield is just MINING for a cure!
