Hopefully Kamala’s price controls on food will not trickle down to the corner bodega’s in our major cities. It would be a shame to see these immigrant run small businesses harmed financially due to misguided economic policy.

The big irony, of course, is that all of these people are here because someone in the family tree was an immigrant (probably undocumented if the family is old enough). Human migration is as old as the human race. But then, these are not people who “do” history, it seems.
