I still don’t get why they think they have to “rescue” him from the Special Ed class. It seems to be helping him.

How are they going to “rescue” him? A bus ticket to another state where a family is waiting to adopt him?

Will candy and video games be enough to deprogram Kevin? Will he offer resistance? Will he turn the tables on them? Hopefully it’s not pizza day at the cafeteria. Nobody wants to miss that.
