    Leroy, unless you absolutely, positively, knew you were going to be paid for it, you should’ve volunteered. It’s the Army adage, applied to business.I mean my company is looking for volunteers to help in Florida, they’re promising premium pay, unlimited OT, and, all kinds of other stuff. I’m betting that they’ll have a hard time finding people to take them up on that offer. Cynicism reigns!

    This is why we need unions. I earned time and a half for Saturday, double time on Sunday, regardless of how many hours worked during the week.
