I need a toy that indestructible for my dog.

Aluminum is a good conductor of electricity. The chair’s straps should be an adequate insulator

chair will short the battery. we should instead be seeing an acid drenched exploding dog.

Fortunately, it’s hard to hurt anyone with 12 volts. However, it’s very easy to start a fire by shorting out a battery like that. Don’t try this at home or at anybody else’s home.
