A large apartment complex installed an AI bot to answer rental inquiries. “Ellen” made 16 appointments for the same time and sent us 6 reminders to me in 36 hours. Not sure she’s going to work out.

Careful how you train your AIs. Many have been trained on Internet discussion forum conversations. Think about that.
