Feel better! Colds are so annoying. You really aren’t horribly SICK (like life threateningly sick) but you sure feel like it. And stuffy heads just make it so hard to think!
Breath some steam, eat some wasabi, avoid milk and caffeine Herbal teas sweetened with honey. Sleep. Lots of tissues. Should run its course in a week or so. And wear a mask when going out like you did during the early stages of the COVID pandemic.
Anyone experiencing cold symptoms at this time of year should consider the possibility of an allergy. When those leaves turn their pretty colors, they get something called “leaf mold” on them, which is an allergen.
