When I was a kid, I remember discovering the fun and physics of an echo. What fun we had experimenting in different types of situations and amusing ourselves. This is not that. The Corporate echo phenomenon is like Chinese water torture. Corporations sure know how to sap the fun out of things.
We had one guy who would wait for the boss to ask for questions at the end of the meeting, in which he had covered everything. This guy would delay the end of the meeting five to ten minutes asking questions about things that had been clearly discussed already. It made you want to slip him a donut with a “mickey” in it.
