I have to agree with them, people who dress their pets up just for show are ridiculous
I agree, for the most part. If it’s cold out, I think a sweater is a good idea. Or, a raincoat if it’s raining.

I would like to see a rescue site on line that has only pets whose owners have died.
Shakira’s dog would be more likely to wear sunglasses and a boa than her cat.
