I really don’t know what’s going to happen next. You can never be sure, with Endtown.

I’m not sure if someone’s mentioned this before, but considering the mutts don’t seem to be autonomous in their decision making, it’s possible they’re not here for the group at all. The scout from a few strips back seemed to only register the wreckage, so the Topsiders most likely sent them on a salvage mission.

Depending on how single-minded mutts are in carrying out their tasks, it’s possible they’ll ignore everyone not directly in their way.

Here comes Duffy. I don’t think Kirbee will go back though. Someone has to protect Chic.

I’m always impressed by the background action. The “extras” are always acting like real people, doing real people things, not just filling space. In this case, the mouse guy having trouble with his gun and taking off to help with the boats.

I hope you guys brought plenty of ammunition.

This is agony..

Memory fails me..Don’t the mutts have defense mechanisms? If so, wouldn’t they be firing back by now?

Didn’t Kirby “lose” her tail “accidentally”? … or am I remembering it wrong. It has been a long time, or maybe a different character.

The last time I can find Terrance is back when they were on the ship, hiding under the dinghy (8/15/2024). Perhaps he’s still back on the ship, in the head…getting rid of that rich picnic meal they had while dimension-hopping.

Well, the enemy is engaged and the fight continues!

Last Stand. Make a break for the water once the boats are launched. And hope Mutts dont like water.

Well, no one seems to have died yet, as far as can be told. Uncharacteristic for Mr. Neathery.

I hope Aaron brings back Holly Hollister some day… maybe in the animated series!
