This reminds me of a multinational company I used to work for. They had a giant contract and they felt they need the person who oversaw the project. He was let go and when the contract expired he approached and pointed out they were spending more than they should. For some reason, he ended up with a brand new client.
American style Capitalism at its finest, they have no use for purpose, values, or vision, only profits. Definitely sounds like an American Health Insurance Company.
