If I’ve got three wishes, my first wish is going to be, “I wish you would treat my wishes completely fairly and honestly.” Even at that, it would be risky, since I’m really not sure jinni can understand the concept of honesty, but it would be worth a shot.
At the end of Aladdin (the original) it is unclear if the jinnie disappears and will never return again because he is so angry with Aladdin at the request in which he was tricked to ask for, or if the jinnie simply is denying the request and will return later. At any rate, even if the jinnie of the lamp abandoned him, he still had the jinnie of the ring if I remember correctly.
