Much truth to this. The other week I ate at a charming little restaurant specializing in Central European cooking. The menu includes stuffed cabbage and potato pancakes like your Nana or Babushka made. Appetizers, entrees, dessert and coffee for about $80 for two. Yet the place has been there for about 20 years, an amazing accomplishment in the restaurant business.
