    Sounds like her parents won in the end. A chew toy is a lot cheaper to buy and keep than a dog. Everyone’s happy.

    Her choices in naming her stuffs and spirit remind me of Beverly Cleary’s protagonist Ramona, and how she named her doll “Chevrolet”!
