Tell her she’s a shallow selfish person who knows nothing about you. Then kick her out.

Always hated this mentality. Financial security is all well and good, but it doesn’t make for healthy marriages.

Don’t listen to her mother. Follow your heart.

My guess is this is what Brandy’s mom did and why we see her dad was always traveling.

…..boy THAT speech has everything in it but “that’s NOT what’s bothering me….it’s HOW to do it….these things must be handled delicately…..OR YOU’LL HURT THE SPELL” somewhere within it……..

So, she’s saying he doesn’t have to stay away from her after the wedding.

A “Bubble Mom” who wants her daughter to live in a bubble of Mom’s choosing.
