    A college friend came in one day and said he got a ticket for doing 2-1/3 times the speed limit. I said “70 in a 30?” He said no. I said “35 in a 15?” That was it.

    Guiness does NOT give records for illegal activities. There are plenty of places on the Internet for that. Many “qualifying videos” wind up as evidence in court.
