Did you do this on that first date too?

I think my mom might have seen the romance movie on the Hallmark channel. The title looks familiar.

My Wife and I did this as she had a Lady friend who wanted to see something else. (don’t remember what) I saw Castaway with Tom Hanks.

On the first date with my ex-wife I took her to see “Flashdance.” I knew she would like it because she went to a dance school.

I have to say I hit the mark on the first try.

And so they can tell everyone that they went to separate movies together.

Got me in the mood to go to a theater, it’s a long drive but I want to see Conclave……not available here.

My husband and I have done this. Afterward we did have dinner together.

Nothing like seeing two movies on a date.

My My – How will they share Brutus’ Big ole Jumbo Extra Buttery Popcorn and Giant Super Sized Coke? NOT!

Brutus, Gladys, my wife and I are in good company; we share your tastes in movies. I enjoy a good action flick.

a date night with each other in separate rooms… well, at least they’ll be back together after the movies they want to watch is over. :J

The way the sign is drawn in the first panel reminds me of a box of butter flavored crackers I once bought. I got home and in putting it and another box away, half of the buttered crackers box was obscured. The printing was such that it made it look like I bought a box of “Butt Crack.”

Normally you would pick what to see before you go

No quarrels, and they both get to watch something they’ll enjoy!

I love this! They’ve been married long enough to know which hills aren’t worth dying on. And they both walk away smiling!

I would be looking for a third choice.

Is Space Patrol a movie version of the old radio show?

Better than having to endure 2 hours of a movie you can’t stand. And after it’s over you say that’s 2 hours of my life I’ll never get back.

That’s real life right there.

I suppose that is ok. Each will have a dream for the night.

Compromise. The key to a successful marriage.

I like that they found a quick solution, and both seem content with it. They can discuss details on the movies over something to eat afterwards. They aren’t supposed to talk in the movies, anyway.

Ahh, the thrill is gone……

We – the wife and I pick something we both will enjoy, girlie movies and she can call the girls and manly man movies I’ll call the guys. Castaway I did see with a female co-worker when it came out and it is an excellent movie for couples imo.
