The best way to destroy a democracy is through ignorance. Destroy public education, especially civics and economics, and you have uneducated and uninformed voters. They will believe pretty/petty lies over a truth that they do not understand or fear. They will ‘emote’, process life emotionally rather than thoughtfully. They will whine and cry about being called names(correct labels actually) and throw impotent tantrums. Since they don’t understand the world, they turn to tradition, religion, and a ‘strong man’(that wears makeup, shoe lifts, diapers) to do the thinking for them. This destroys democracies. Sickens societies.

Ignorance can be overcome through education. The battle against greed and corruption will be forever, but it is winnable for a time.
