Wow. Feels crazy to be back, but I am.

I really meant to leave forever, but thanks to some recently decent arcs (after months of mostly boring stuff and one incredible “breakup subversion” arc, we had that decent election arc, a genuinely funny Halloween arc, and this decent arc), I decided that letting some trolls and liars ruin big nate for me is dumb.

No, I’m not gonna be as active. No fanfics, no fandom interaction. Not getting hurt like that again.

But reviewing each strip will be fun. I’m not gonna go back all the way, but I’ll post a review for yesterday and today (the Daphne threatens Kim strip gets a 10\10 too), then reveal my favourite and least favourite arcs of the year.

10\10, not just for Nate’s unexpected reaction (good to see him not unnerved by such an emotional moment!) But for a legitimately great misunderstanding moment. Normally I dislike when Francis and or Teddy assume the worst of Nate, but who can blame them here XD. Good strip, excited for next week!

I’m gonna say I didn’t know what to expect with Nate’s reaction in yesterday’s strip but it was certainly wasn’t this. Felt like something big was gonna come but okay I guess
