I was once asked by the local newspaper to write a blog for them. I was pretty successful with a lot of my blogs being aggregated by national sites. So I did. My pay? Zipadeedoodah!
Maybe a few bid time bloggers make money at this, but for most of us, it’s just a vanity thing.

Unfortunately you need 80K in order to move to a decent home and support two kids. Getting it, for a blogger, is a problem.
