That’s what I do. (I have a smartphone, but I’m too dumb to figure out how to get my voicemails.)

If a caller isn’t in my contacts list, the Caller ID on my phone says “Spam Likely”…

Yups. Them hoomins all busy texting on phone these days.

What will robos think when humans aren’t around to take the calls?

That would be fine with me, now if could rid of robo-emails.

And if you didn’t get emails about PayPal payments for stuff you didn’t buy, you wouldn’t get emails either. (I guess those things work or the slime wouldn’t send them. I just hope I never get so senile that I respond to them.)

unknown numbers on the cell = no answer, when I had a land-line before caller ID if it was a telemarketer I would tell them " thats just what I need, tell me more" and then set the receiver down (not hang up) and go back to what I was doing

Boy, that would be so nice. The latest scam is some kind of income tax forgiveness dodge. I keep marking as spam and they just use a new number.
