For me it’s generally a part of our address and the company.(12third@gocomics, for example. (Not real password of course, we live on 4th street. :^) ) For a while my mother was living at a facility that had the name of a nut in it. I set her pw up as 12third@nuthouse.
Thank goodness my laptop remembers those, I have switched some old ones for a passphrase, easier to remember and I don’t have to write it down and when I put in the new password in the password manager asks if I want to save it. Piece of cake.

She just gets a new password every time. My browser remembers mine, and they are protected by another password. Which wouldn’t help Ms. Goose.
