Does tuna count as meatless. I’m a fan of tuna casserole. The best meatless dinner I’ve come across is Ratatouille. Just follow the recipe and forget the movie – it’ll work out much better. Also a great way to get rid of unwanted zucchini.

A meatless casserole will never be made around Louie. Onionless, maybe, but never meatless.

My Yorkie is an omnivore, while she does love meat she also will quite gleefully steal any carrot or green bean she can get her teeth on.

I’m more afraid of the casserole part than I am the meatless part.
