Francis! Bad boy.

I get this is a student project, but it seems like the principal would want to be more involved so things like this don’t happen. Surely the project must be approved by him and higher ups before it’s aired, so might as well be involved from the get go, anyway

Funny strip, don’t get me wrong (in fact, 9\10 for the outrageous hypocrisy and Dee Dee’s expression, I love how over the top this arc is so far), but I’ll never understand Peirce’s handling of Francis. He went from being a sweet sometimes annoyed friend who was there for his buds to a naggy mom friend to a jerk who couldn’t insult or mock them fast enough. Dude practically never shows a heart anymore. Nate gets a gf? “That won’t last”. Nate fears she’ll break up with him? Only Teddy tries to help. Dee Dee wants a role? She isn’t bribing me so why bother?

Again, it’s a great strip today, so in this particular instant I find it funny! But it’s depressing to see a once great character so misshapen
