I wake up at the end of each sleep cycle, I mean wide awake. So, every 60-90 minutes. It’s got nothing to do with bladder pressure.

I’ve had a new thing lately for no reason where I DON’T wake up every two hours and just sleep about five hours. It’s kind of scary.

My wife have been going to bed around 8 pm and getting up at 2 AM or 3 AM for years now, that is her rhythm
