I wonder if Fern is aware of Jared Kushner’s father:
Charles Kushner (born May 16, 1954) is an American real estate developer and disbarred former attorney.1234 He founded Kushner Companies in 1985.
In 2005, he was convicted of illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion, and witness tampering after hiring a prostitute to seduce his brother-in-law, arranging to record a sexual encounter between the two, and sending the tape to his sister. He was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment, which he served in the Federal Prison Camp, Montgomery. As a convicted felon, he was also disbarred in three states. The case was prosecuted by Chris Christie, who said Kushner had committed “one of the most loathsome, disgusting crimes” he had ever prosecuted.5 He later received a pardon issued by his son’s father-in-law, President Donald Trump, on December 23, 2020, while he was engaged in an effort to overturn the 2020 election.67 The pardon was widely criticized as an empty pardon that carried "no moral weight”.8Kushner has donated significant amounts to Trump’s campaigns.
In November 2024, president-elect Trump stated his intention to nominate Kushner as the United States ambassador to France for his second term.
Apparently, Dementia Joe forgot his vow not to pardon his crack-head son. Oh well, the only people who believed him were the mainstream media and their liberal patsies.
Here’s the reality. No USAtty would have charged this case given the underlying facts. After a 5 year investigation the facts as discovered only made that clear. Had his name been Joe Smith the resolution would have been – fundamentally and more fairly – a declination. Pardon warranted.
Ask yourself a vastly more important question. Do you really think Kash Patel is qualified to lead the world’s preeminent law enforcement investigative organization? Obvious answer: not only no, but hell no.
From pleading the Fifth to FBI director…
What he demands is an FBI — an entire military and security and legal apparatus — that will go hard after his designated (perceived) enemies, regardless of law, ethics, or rational evidence, and will let flagrant crimes and national security violations by himself and his cronies (and anyone who ponies up enough cash/favors) slide by un-investigated and unpunished.
Those are the positions he’s focused on loading up with people whose main “qualification” is loyalty and sharing trump’s corruption and revenge-instinct. IMO those are the most dangerous. (Although the health appointments are also troubling.)
Hey, DJT changes his mind and walks back his comments all the time so why not Biden? “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander” here so to speak.
Trump pardoned 95 people from 2017-2012, 84 of whom were his personal or political cronies.
If Biden hadn’t pardoned Hunter, Trump would still pardon whoever he wanted to. He does not CARE about norms and laws.
And Trump nominated Kash Patel, a partisan hack who has SAID that he’d mount a REAL witch hunt against the Bidens.
People who criticize Biden for pardoning Hunter who ALSO voted to put a convicted criminal in the White House should be ridiculed as the ridiculous hypocrites that they are.
Trump’s son-in-law’s father is a convicted criminal, and Trump not only pardoned him, he appointed him to a cabinet position!
Do you actually believe that if a friend of Trump’s was convicted of not paying taxes and gun possession, Trump wouldn’t pardon him? He would not only pardon him, but every single Republican would APPLAUD it.

That’s why Supreme Commander José Biden just broke his word and pardoned his son. Gotta keep that party vibe going!

Yet to come: 1) Dementia Joe pardons his brother, Jimmy. 2) Dementia Joe pardons his wife, “Doctor” Jill. 3) Dementia Joe pardons himself.

Stantis’ editorial cartoons have been on a Rip, recently.
Rip, as in van Winkle who just woke up.
