Normally I’m ambivalent about taxes, because sure, no body likes paying them, but I also know no government can exist without them, or else they themselves have no money to, you know, exist, and that money has to come from somewhere.
But even I gotta admit this tax the kitties are imposing here is more than a little suspect. The name is definitely ironic, at least—it’s hardly “travel improvement” when it’s actually hindering and complicating travel in practice. :P
