Captain: All right, if these spy missions are going to work, they're going to have to be a little more focused, Charley. Charley: Did you get any chance to see where their gold is? Jonas: Well, it wasn't by the crackers. Mouse: Yeah, 'cuz we looked real good by the crackers.

If those green ship guys only have basic cheeses, surely the captain can surmise that they’re obviously hoarding gold…or that they have none at all. Well done, Jonas!

if pirates have gold on them they are spending gold, and they spend it on the best.

I’ve never been sure what kind of pirates these guys are supposed to be. They don’t do much looting and plundering. All their sword fights are pre-scheduled and against other pirates. Is it piracy as a sport?
