    Welcome to the Oligarchy.

Since Election Day, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos & Mark Zuckerberg have become $232 billion richer & are now worth $920 billion combined. Meanwhile, 60% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck.

We must fight for an economy and country that works for all, not just the few.

trump’s P2025 proposed tariffs against China, Mexico and Canada will make prices spike upward, not go down.

trump slapped tariffs on foreign trading partners in his first term that forced him to disburse more than $660 billion in payments to farmers hurt by retaliatory tariffs imposed on U.S. agricultural products, but the U.S. agriculture industry still hasn’t fully recovered from those policies, his threats against China and Mexico could do even more damage. Many small farmers lost their farms, too many committed suicide.

trump’s planned mass deportations could do even more damage to American farmers by raising their labor costs, which would then be passed on to consumers through higher food prices.

It is boneheaded to think that if you start deporting undocumented labor, rural people who are hanging out in town are going to step in and fill those jobs, or people are going to move back to the countryside.

Big corporation farms can soak up the damage with little effect. Family farms can not. Family owned farms start going under. Big corporations swoop in and buy family owned farms for 20% or less the actual value. Big corporations swallow up 50-70% of the family owned farms within a couple of years.

His proposal to implement Mass Deportation is likely to cause the same supply-chain disruptions we saw during Covid. Many businesses(owned by cons) in America survive only because of illegal immigrants. Everything he’s proposed is a disaster.

Concerning Clay Jones’ piece today, do you ever get the impression that RFK Jr is a plant to capture our attention while the real grifting takes place right in front of our eyes?:
