One of my cousins was stopped for speeding on PEI. The cop approached the driver’s side window and, sarcastically said, “Let’s see your flying licence.” So, my cousin, an airline pilot, reached into his wallet and took out his pilot’s licence. The cop was NOT amused.
i got stopped for speeding many years ago, and the officer, who was quite pretty, came over and asked “why were you speeding?”, i leaned over and turned up my stereo, i was listening to the Finale of the William Tell overture…she laughed out loud, but gave me a ticket
