To see Me?"<BR><BR> Schroeder walks off saying, "Gee! I'm so nervous"<BR><BR> He grimaces as he comes upon Snoopy sitting at the door furrowing his brow to resemble the composer.<BR><BR>

You’d think of all the things that Schroeder knows about Beethoven, you’d think he’d know that he’s dead.

I think Schulz forgot the strip he made about Schroeder being sad because he figured out Beethoven was dead.

Snoopy’s first imitation, the first in a long series (vulture, kangaroo, pelican, Lucy, Beethoven again…), eventually giving way to more elaborate flights of fancy (world-famous grocery clerk, Joe Cool, and of course the WWI flying ace).
