Stew, so, there was no crisis before the election? HQ, greed for power may be part of it – considering the consolidation of power in the executive branch under the last administration.

If the crisis was a tool to get Obama elected, it should be solved not that the said milionnaire got what he wanted (or at least, we would have seen an avalanche of good news in the past 100 days)…

…just like the Iranian hostages were freed in the week following Reagan’s inauguration.

Per churchillwasright - Said Billionaire made $1.2 Billion shorting the US Dollar last year, mostly in mutual funds and hedge funds to disguise the puppeteer. Sounds like a good use of money/influence to me:) With Dirty-Harry and Mis-statement Dodd in pocket, as well as OBAMAMAMA, I wonder what his goal is now?

CF - He actually admitted it in several different Off-air interviews - one reported on NBC/MSNBC/CNBC, another on FOX, and one, I understand from a regular listener (which I am not) on NPR. He doesn’t talk to the press on-air, and much of his financial world (and person world) is hidden from the public.

The “right” is against immigration. They hate Soros for his contributions of HIS money. Did any on the right stop to think how many billions an Aussie named Murdoch has earned, and spent, to influence American policy(corporate especially, FCC etc) and politics?

“First of all, the “right” is against illegal immigration”

Not quite. The ‘right’ is against illegal immigrants. If they were TRULY against illegal immigration, they’d enforce laws against employers better than they have. But, then again, enforcement of laws against corporations seems to be a hot potato when it comes to Republicans… something about government micromanaging business…

daniels, you hit the nail on the head! For all the talk of stopping illegal immigration, the right does NOT want to enforce current laws against corporation that hire them, they also do NOT want corporations to verify the legal status of workers. So you’re supposition is correct: the right is against the illegal immigrants, not the businesses that hire them. Hippo-crats remain true to form once again.
