Lio has the coolest monster friends, especially the kite shaped kind.

Run, run, as fast as you can; you can’t get away from the Monster-kite Man!

He sure looks like a cheerful monster.

Can you get one of those at Wal-Mart?

Only if it was made in China.

I had a Sky-Spy (second from left) when I was a kid.

lio has such an awesome kite!! plus it’ll never fall down:)

I love the little bows around the monster’s tail and the fact that Lio’s kite ‘string’ is a chain!! Brilliant! Geez, I love this comic!!

How does that kid’s kite flap it’s wings and leer menacingly at the other kids?

hey all lio needed to have a tail on his kite and that is what he found

Nice of him to take the critter to the park on a June afternoon.

The kids I grew up with wouldn’t have run, they’d all have been pestering Lio, “Wow, cool! Where can I get one?”

Or a tree eating kite.

So maybe I am sick, but i want one like that.

Just don’t fly it after it’s had a big meal; not only would it mess up people’s cars, it would set off their car alarms.

Betcha even Charlie Brown could get that kite aloft! I love the kite guy’s facial expression!
