If you bulldozed the Meadow and built a high rise and a parking lot on it, one might consider it community improvement. At least you wouldn’t have neurotic police officers investigating barfing cockroaches at 0300 in the morning.
And the cockroaches would have a better place to live, too. Everybody wins.
Wow – a Bloom County strip that I actually don’t remember. This is a rarity.
