Technically, that is probably a big enough violation of legal ethics to at least get Steve suspended if not disbarred. Need someone with more formal knowledge of the system to weigh in on this but I know Steve is wrong, wrong, wrong!
I like Steve’s style! I’m tired of lawyers defending someone they know is downright guilty, but will say otherwise cause they’re getting paid to do so!
