If Steve took those tablets (and swallowed), I say Magic Hair Growth is a drug. So is alcohol. The Feds just decided not to criminalize one for consuming them. You’d think the disaster of Prohibition would have taught them something about criminalizing folks for using the others. Not to say what they should do instead ……
I remember Nancy’s programs, Just Say No and the DARE To Turn Your Parents In. You would think a couple of our highly educated representatives would have made a connection between the need for the programs coincidentally happening a decade after declaring war on our own people.

Some things never change. Work associated drug testing remains an issue as does the question of what constitutes a “drug.”
