“Obamanation.” Riiiight. Say it another fifty thousand times and maybe it will start to sound clever again, like it did the first time in 2007.
If there’s one thing I love, it’s witty, insightful political criticism like that one-word barb above. =) Our national discourse is so much the richer for it.
President Obama was and is better than Jesse Jackson.. And for those that hate this president. Suck it up.. He won.
You candidate, the Etch a Sketch artist with Lyin’ Ryan, lost. Good thing too. The last thing this country needs is another fool to run this country like he does a corporation. That is right into the ground.
I believe if the for-profit media were truly liberal we would have known that a romney is a breed of sheep. No kidding, check it out in a large dictionary or google romney sheep.
@MicroGuyYes, several times he’s tried to bring the country together. The other party made up their minds that they weren’t going to work with him at all. They just want to see him fail. The country almost came together briefly during the gov’t. shutdown in October led by you-know-who and unconcerned by the consequences and who it might hurt.
The best thing about the Obama presidency is that it has proved leftism a failed theology. Elitists, no matter how smart they think they are, cannot make the world better than can free people exercising free choices. Those countries that cut spending and taxes in 2009 – Germany and Slovakia – have led the world in growth since then; those cuts minimize the damage the elites can cause through the tools of government.
sadly the republican/tea party has a very real racist element. urt has always been there. but with the election of President Obama and his reelection. It just has become a lot more blatant.

I remember posts from 2010. “I can’t wait till 2012. My dog could beat Obama” “Anybody but Obama.”But Romney couldn’t.

Wasn’t Binkley’s dad more conservative? I recall him being into hunting, decidedly down on “Liberal icons”, and rather supportive of Ronald Reagan.
