"President Bush defended his pre-emption strategy, dismissing critics who call it the "Minority Report" doctrine and claim the President has seen too many summer movies. "We can no longer afford to wait for attacks to happen." The President said today, adding... "Had we had this doctrine in place earlier, we may have prevented the 9/11 attacks, but also the recent nuclear attack on Baltimore that killed Morgan Freeman."

I just love Huey’s exasperated glance at the readers– so, what is the movie reference?…..I like the idea of a nuclear attack on baltimore…..but then, I’m biased, I have been verbally abused by their football fans since I love the colts

That’s the problem with 8 year old comics, we’ve forgotten the cultural references. I believe it was “The Sum Of All Fears,” in which a Middle East country sponsored the development of a nuclear device which was supposed to be detonated during a football game in Baltimore. I forget what role Morgan Freeman played, or even if the bomb went off, but one can’t understand the Bush 43 Iran policy without seeing the movie.

Freeman was the president, and it went off, as I recall.
