I know he did time in the Army Air Corps, but according to the toons, he also did a lot of other stuff. NO mention as to what he actually worked in, but did he ever get injured in the Army?

I don’t know grandad’s backgroun, but isn’t it interesting how it fits today’s economy. Not sure I’m reading the date right. Is it 2003? I thought these strips were even earlier

Because of the economy I have been forced into retirement. Was not planning to retire before my SS payments will even start, such is life.
