Caesar: Such a shame he's gone. He really knew the meaning of a hard day's work. Huey: You can say that again. Caesar: He got the job done. A true hero. Huey: They don't make 'em like that anymore. One heck of a white man... Caesar: So long, Jack Bauer. You will be missed. Huey: I still think the "Black President" thing was phony...

I remember when Bauer was a juvenile delinquent in ‘stand by me’

Interesting how quickly the “Black President” thing proved not to be phony.

I had a bet with myself over whether a woman, or which minority, would make it first. I was thinking maybe Richardson.

Well I thought Jean Kirkpatrick would be the first woman President, then I thought Colin Powell would be the first Black President, then I thought Condi would take both places simultaneously - but people are stupid. Well, Colin Polyp did turn out to be a diappointment.
But I knew whoever followed Clinton into the office would be in for a helluva mess, and I REALLY knew whoever came inherited the mess the Liberals made of things to discredit W would catch hell. I’m glad McCain didn’t get elected, let the libtards eat their own for a while. B.O. got a helluva lot more than he bargained for, I do wish him success in getting this mess straightened out though, because he will have to set thing RIGHT to get it done, even if it hairlips the Pope - and the left sure ain’t gonna let the Right set things right.
