That kid is not wearing any underwear as it is! So, grandpa, that threat will get you nowhere. You can tell he is not wearing any under-draws, when he puts on those low slung pants, and exposes his bare butt, to school and to the mall. Grandpa, try threatening to make him ware his under-draws on the outside of his pant, where all his “boys” can see them, for a week! That might get his attention. And another thing, grandpa, please get rid of that fork: it’s far too contaminated now!

I have a clipping of this strip from . . . 2003? 2004? Something like that. The no underwear for a week thing made me laugh every time I saw it.
