TV: Vice President Dick Cheney said today that he was "Very, very pleased" about the President's decision to spend 1.5 billion dollars to counsel low-income couples on how to have healthy marriages. In a completely unrelated story, Halliburton announced today that it has opened a division to counsel low-income couples on how to have healthy marriages.

Yes, that did seem to be quite a coincidence, when the news came out. Another odd thing was Halliburton’s announcement, weeks later, that all the members of it’s board of directors were being given one time mufti million dollar bonuses. Really odd. No connection to the presidents decision, I’m sure.
