Okay, here’s a Mexican breakfast. Chorizo and eggs. Migas, that’s scrambled eggs with pieces of toasted corn tortillas. Refried beans and homemade flour tortillas. Fresh fruit, various juices and some of Doc’s coffee that I uh, borrowed from his kitchen. ;)

But on the plus side, I DON’T HAVE TO MAKE BREAKFAST!!! YES!!!! LOL

Hymenoxis… you dont have to change your name… we just like to look for shorter things to call people bc it seems like the names are always long and hard to spell. so i ment a nick name, but i can call you humenoxis… im gettting better at spelling it.

I’m a semi-lurker. I don’t say much until the weekends, and then not often. I’m off work this week, but just had to say hello to you! I was born in the Valley, then moved to Houston before departing for where I’m at now (I’m a little cautious about my location in net-related matters….my failing, not anyone elses) I can’t wait until I can depart back for the Hill Country

To anyone who’s looking at the comments wondering about commenting on the comic…..we can and we do…but we also post. It’s not like the excessive posting is going to boost Big Top to a #1 favorite, Pigborn probably regulary beats out all the other comics in # of posts, and it’s 95% relevant to the strip, yet it hasn’t been a favorite in months.

To the rest of the Tribe, good wishes. I had a rough night last night with coughing, so I’m not going to contaminate the Karma bank today. So much for my belief I was on the mend yesterday. Hopefully that was the worst, and no one caught bad vibes from my possibly tainted Karma.

Doc, can I get some of that coffee, maybe a five shotter? I need it this morning. My engine sounds like that lawn mower I took to the dump last year.

Quaby, I know what you mean about annoying phone calls! My agency workls with foresters, highway projects,etc. and farmers. Couple times a year we get calls similar to this. “We moved up here from Philadelphia and we live beside this farmer. He’s spreading manure on his fields right now and it really smells. Can he be arrested for polluting the air. We moved to the country for fresh air. Can’t you do something?”

Hey, I got on shorts, a t-shirt with a husband beater underneath it.

Dry I have never felt right in a tank top. I usually wear t-shirts with the sleeves cut off. And most of em with wolf pics. And I only wear shorts around the house. I wear jeans and cb boots everywhere. Last time my wife talked me into wearing shorts, she changed her mind when I showed up in the driveway with shorts, cb hat and cb boots on. Hasn’t asked me to do so since!

Whoa, I didn’t mean to come across as a whiner, and I know there are jobless people out there…my spouse has been counted among that number since October. I’m very fortunate to be working for a company that has a Dave Ramsey mode of thinking when it comes towards windfalls and up economies, don’t invest because everyone else is doing it, have an emergency fund, and what cycles up is gonna cycle down sooner or later. Be ready.

Most of the phone calls are legitimate questions/problems and take the expected amount of time to resolve–anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. The Whiners are those who cause the problem themselves blame us and demand we spend excessive $$ to fix the probelm. We try to do the best fix we can…but some things cannot be fixed and it takes much longer to explain that to the customer. Also, in these days and times, sometimes the customer is NOT right. We’re all finding that out in our lives.

Dang cough’s back. I’m gonna take a bit from the Karma bank and see if it will help.

I was just saying something you already knew, not picking at you. Actually I was lucky in getting laid off as this was the first Auto mechanic job that I didn’t like going to everyday. And as I said I am working out of my garage at home now.

Well, I am a guy who wears shorts and tank tops. As you know, the fewer clothes the better. Right now I am just wearing shorts. Unless I have a wedding funeral or very special occasion, my pants don’t see the light of day in the spring, summer and fall.
