Well Grog story of Disconnect scanner sadly carries on. Had to let dept I work at for computer’s people DIO’s scanner does work very slowly, but notice a problem. That’s what happens when I test scan. Did actual scan with documents, thought I finished ready to go through, had to stop documents are not separated by bar code. There are 4 sections to scan, though had to drop one section dept’s order, now scan 3 sections and instead scanner shows one big group. Won’t work that way has to be separate. If dept keeps it slow like it’s going I won’t run out of anything to do.

I’ll soon be typing from text. I’m on countdown time. And one more Saturday to go. I hope the firealrm doesn’t go off this time. Temps in building got very warm with people coming in customer;s where sweating my own hubby was really sweating, our mom was finally warm and her fingers are always cold she is cold blooded the rest of us are not.

Commercials advertise Plavix my hubby’s is on that from that stint put in his vein from heart. I’ll have to look up see when Heart Dr.s started using stints.

Hi, tribe! Luv - Around here, when random pop flavors are mixed together, we call it a “suicide”. At least, that’s the only name I’ve heard for it around here. Kab or Sojo might know other names for it. I don’t know anything about mixing juices or alcohols.

I feel the same way about chocolate, Frankr

I’m kind of in-between about chocolate. I like chocolate chip cookies & Hershey bars, but I’m not crazy about chocolate ice cream, chocolate milk, or chocolate cake (especially if it isn’t really moist.) I prefer vanilla ice cream, vanilla milkshakes & white cake. My hubby prefers those 3 items in chocolate. One son takes after Dad, the other son takes after me in those flavors preferences. If my in-laws are coming over, I buy extra chocolate ice cream. If my relatives are coming, I stock up on vanilla ice cream. Not that other flavors aren’t eaten - those are just the favorites.

Rmom, I like Reeces Peanutbutter Cups. Beyond that, I have no interest in chocolate.

Grog - I’m okay with Reeses, although I prefer the pieces, over the cups. But the son who prefers vanilla, doesn’t like anything with peanut butter, so that candy is safe around him.

Grog: Have you tried the WHITE chocolate Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups? So good.

It seems that when I peruse the the dessert menu at a restaurant, I’m lucky to find even find one item that isn’t chocolate. And if I order that Item, chances are that the chef will “do me a favor” by decorating it with chocolate sauce.

I once got served an apple strudel with chocolate sauce garnish.

From what I’ve heard white chocolate is made by removing the coco butter which also removes the chocolate taste - i.e. white chocolate dosen’t have any chocolate flavor. Not having had any I personal don’t know.

I haven’t tried the the white chocolate cup. I may have to sample it come Halloween.

Frankr - Maybe you should just tell them you’re allergic to chocolate? My husband tells people he’s allergic to work, snow, cold…

Rmom: That is so funny. When I was young my mother used to tell people that I was allergic to chocolate even though I just didn’t like it. Eventually I convinced her to stop lying about it (LOL)

Sojo: I guess the reason I like white chocolate is because it doesn’t taste like chocolate. A friend of mine describes white chocolate as tasting like lard. I disagree, not that there’s anything wrong with lard.

Actually, I like the taste of white chocolate. But for some reason I thought it was worse for you than dark chocolate.

Frankr - Reminds me of what my mom did once on April Fools day. Instead of serving us vanilla ice cream it was Crisco.

Luv - Uhh…..I try to blame the mess on the males around me. They’re usually guilty. I’ve yet to watch any of the males in my house clean except under duress.

When I was cleaning over at my hubby’s trailer, I found out that he actually had washed (by hand, no less) a metal saucepan! He hopes that my bad memory will make me forget that he’s capable of cleaning anything.

Hello all I guess this is night I don’t get much sleep to much interruptions. Read a little bit on chocolate, sorry to say as a kid I could eat a lot of it no problem. After kids and little older notice something different, OH NO no more hot chocolate:( I had rash on both arms sore in chest area. Rash so bad rose. No itching all all. Stop chocolate guess what went away after a few days. Now days if I have a small amount now side of my face breaks out.

BBS the sad part about how strong chocolate is affects my nerves means my mind will not let me sleep. White chocolate same. My sister and I both ate chocolate as kids. Had my daughter try it when she was little wished I hadn’t I remember the results.

By the way for white chocolate that is rich tasting. For me when I try to eat chocolate doesn’t have same taste for me don’t know how to describe it. Guess my sinus to far gone. Some people will comment about certain smells in air and unless it’s strong enough I have a hard with it. Rmom that hot air balloon is funny. Heard on news today a woman gave birth at state fair. My daughter’s fiance coworker came upon a unique situation. Driving for an auto parts store making a delivery he say all these police around found out why they where after a grown adult mail with tatoo’s nude. This guy tried to get in part’s guy’s truck he told him no. Since I’m only one here I’ll close it’s after 11pm here closer to 15 after.

I am sorry to disapppear, I sent my daughter Rmom’s picture and then got to talking or chatting. It is always weird how we can talk or chat for a few hours if it is on the phone or internet. We talk in person but usually not foor that long in one go.
