LuvH8 one of my favourite games with youngest niece was called “let’s scare Mommy.” it helped that she loved to climb and had tremendous balance, even as a toddler. it started with her doing things like standing on my shoulders so she could touch the ceiling and continued to the point where she would climb trees higher than her Mom could stand to see her go. we eventually reached the point where Mom knew Uncle would never lose control of the situation and stopped worrying. at that point, naturally, the game ended.

Sojo picking up wenches is easy if you have enough booty (or a forklift).

Fellow Baby, I just kicked off a new batch for the season. Also got some Bugles & Jalapeno dip to satisfy my munchies. Both will go well with the beer I’ve got stock-piled.

Also think that they said most people would see Vikings game. Of course that doesn’t matter to me. I can watch what I want. I can put the Steelers/Titans game on my rabbit ears. That’s the early game that will be shown locally.

Of course the Texans will be on later, but I’d rather watch the Pats/Jets. Just a little animosity there.

The battle of the Mannings tonight will probably put me to sleep by half time. Don’t really care about that one at all.

Last Saturday for us at fair and never got to look around. I worked hard thank customers with help on receiving any money or change coming back from sales.

My brother-in-law does have a web site for his products. If any of you are interested I can let you know. The product inhances different foods. When people use to at first turn their down this product until we encourage them to try then they’re surprised by it. Other customers can’t wait to buy this product. One lady bought several 40 oz of it. That was a lot of money. At let my sister work with her. Have laundry to do and text work to. Will be working on text book. Monday yea finally here first day of on-line class. I think I check with Jr. college website for email to see when instuctor makes intro and I can ask questions. Soon be ready to eat.

i go through Hamilton regularly (on my way to the States). she comes home most weekends that there’s family things to do; so there isn’t much reason to visit her there - though i probably will at some point. i’ll be in Princeton in 3 weeks for oldest nephew’s wedding and will slide through the town on the way down. only about an hour from here (if that). i’m intending to swimg past Taughannock Falls as well - either going down or coming back - so i can get a photo or two from the bottom of the Fall to add to my collection.

Hi Sojo. How’s it going my friend?

Looks like I missed an exciting game.

I’ve done the 1st and 2nd cuts on my beanie baby collection. I am keeping one (1) storage box of beanies which have been given to me over the years, as well as the first beanie kitty I bought on line. I have some beanie kitties purchased in the UK and quite a few from my friend in East Texas. The box is one of the 12”x 15” Office Depot types, it’s not like it’s huge.

It hurts, but not as badly as I thought. Perhaps being able to keep one box of my most precious babies is helping, but so many are being cut loose. I hope they find good homes.

Now, that storage box does not contain/count my Babylon 5 fully poseable action figure of Ambassador G’Kar, my favorite character from that show. It’s marked #1 of 12000 numbered series. I’ve never opened it. Hopefully one day it’ll be worth mucho $$, but I suspect I’ll be lucky to get back the $20 I put out for it.

Meanwhile, time for me to cobble some supper together. I’m thinking eggs and toast, maybe some leftover mashed potatoes and gravy. And, of course, ice cream. YUM

♠Lonewolf♠, if you’ve got the time, I’ve got the Blechy. I drink my frosty Blechy straight out of thecan though, so I hope you’ve got a frosty glass on stand by.

I’ve just taken my first sip of my Bloody Caesar and I think it tastes like another.

Houston’s getting clobbered in Washington so far.

Packers/Bears should be a good one next Monday night. Looking forward to seeing that one.

Don’t cha’ worry Grog because Houston’s getting scalped by those crazy redskin indians, and just think, The Cowboys and Texans play next week against each other.

I was watching a bit of the San Diego game. What a beautiful day there. Yet another sucky soggy day down here.

I still don’t think they are as good as they have looked the first two games.

Out of the can is fine with me, Grog. I am a bottle drinker but when someone offers, I don’t usually complain nor do I refuse it!

Grog I live in the San Diego area but the Charger game is blacked out due to not selling enough tickets. I have to listen to them on the radio. Not That I care. I’m a Denver Broncos fan.

Little Sister, the Cowboys will lose. Phillips focuses on the defense and he can’t even do that well. They’ve taken stupid penalties on both sides of the ball again and that is not the mark of a well-coached team. Take away the penalties and the defense still leaks like a sieve.

Houston will have a field day offensively and even if Dallas can keep up they’ll lose on an offensive holding call.

I wish the Houston games would get blacked out.

♠Lonewolf♠, the Bears looked pretty good to me in this game, but I suppose because the Cowboys looked so bad defensively.

Look out for Detroit. They lost another heart-breaker though. The Purple People-Eaters are 0-2. Go figure.

♠Lonewolf♠ me hearty - I’m fine - delayed due to copying files to laptop to try and get my largest program updated. Version 3 on old laptop, new laptop able to run Version 4 but to get the data I created in V3 to V4 have to install V3 on new laptop w/data and convert and import to V4. So far I am unable to have my data show up on new laptop. May need to contact software manufacture. Almost finished getting everything to new laptop from old computers.

Some date now on version 4!

Not sure if all functions on V4 yet, may be why some data not transfered.

I’m back again. Sounds like a lot of tedious work, Sojo.

I had to deliver a car that I did an estimate on. I gave the customer a high and low depending on what I find when I disassemble things and he didn’t even hesitate when he told me to do the whole job as long as I would have it apart. I honestly thought he would decline the repairs,given the cost.

LonewolfGood for you! Do you focus on the mechanical repairs or do regular maintenance…oil changes etc. as well?

It is such a blessing to have an honest, skilled person able to fix a car or tell you what you need.

My dad was a pretty fair “shade tree” mechanic and I enjoyed watching him and handing him tools.

Also copy and past fav. web sites from desktop, copy some data from old laptop I put on removable hard disk. Then copy ITunes music from external hard drive so I won’t have to access it wirelessly. Then may be done except for new router, more memory and larger hard drive. They have a 750 Gig. 7200 rpm on preorder for laptops that will soon be avallible (it only uses 0.05% more energy than a 5400 rpm drive and has auto-park drive heads in case laptop is dropped).

sojowhat you do is beyond my imagination even…sounds like such a big job you have been involved in.

Yeah we do, but some, on occasion, may not comment on the strip at all. Admittedly, there may be times I may not have anything to say. Usually, this will happen at Overboard

I agree there are times when I have no clue what to say on the comics. So sometimes all I can think of is a hello.

Of course there are times when I’ll skip a comic, because I can’t think of anything to say.

I usually won’t say anything if I can’t think of a comment about the strip. The only exception is if I answer another comment which doesn’t relate to the strip.
