Having rested and supped I regret to announce I have not been able to chase down the nefarious no-good hoodwink who is preventing the avatars from being changed. I found a bunch of pissed off people trying to find their avatar. The last group was really hostile after being avatarless for two weeks or more. I think they’re the ones who put the sugar in the fuel,

and on that note I go to hit the pillow. It wouldn’t do to go to the sleep doctor….sleepy. Vacation has begun, and I think it will be fun!!!

Just sitting at the computer, sipping some of Doc’s coffee…..looking out the back “yard” and there are 6 deer feeding…..they are so pretty! I know you’re not supposed to feed them, but somehow the veggie clippings that I put out for the compost bin, gets moved over to the deer area. Hmmmmmm……….I think Ooooooooops’s grape slinger is aiming up here in Montana!

Montana Lady We have a momma deer and teenage twins in our back area and I have considered a salt lick. I do love the deer.

Was sound asleep this morning when I got a call from a company offering ID theft insurance….well, at least that phone call will stop. Went to the sleep doctor and now I am waiting for time to go to the dentist. My husband lost a crown. I have no checks (that part of my ‘storyline’ was based on fact). A crown can be 5-600 bucks and that’s just the beginning. While I know my husband didn’t do this on purpose….why do I see my a/c repair sprouting wings and testing them on the tarmac?

Well, at least I have some $$ on my bank card and some $$ on my Octapharma cash card. That should cover us until I get the checks and can pay for the what I’m sure will be a hefty balance.

Still haven’t taken my toon tour yet. I still feel a bit groggy from waking suddenly from a sound sleep. So I’ll be checking in later. Ya’ll have a great afternoon.

Hello Montana Lady - It must be nice to watch deer in your backyard! :-) I get to watch squirrels, rabbits and birds.

I think the deer are starting to lose their magic. They are just too close. They are starting to remind me of large rodents or perhaps deer jerky. Maybe I should shoot them with my grape jelly gun.

Mlady Our small city council wanted to have a hunt in the city limits for deer! Your food and veggies sound good but I am almost afraid to feed them now naptimezzzz

Oh… These ones don’t have antlers. We have two adult deer and a yearling that like our yard. They seem to alternate between spending their days in the field and the yard less than ten feet from the house.

Ooops I am actually a tree lobber according to my grandson when we take walks….No, I am not a vegetarian, but I won’t eat Venison. It’s o.k. if you do, I just can’t but I enjoy eggs, cheese and hamburgers, Chicken, and fish.

Hi, friends! Hope&Joy - I’m the same way. I don’t mind if other people eat venison, impala, rattlesnake, etc. but I’ll stick to beef, pork, chicken, shrimp & a little fish (as long as the bones are removed before serving.) I suppose if I was starving, I’d eat venison, etc., but I’d rather not know what it was until after I’ve eaten. I get squeamish easily, and that leads to me fainting. When we were in Africa, I’m sure we were served impala, and I can’t remember what else. I was pretty hungry that trip, but about the only thing I ate that I don’t normally was broccoli - and that was covered in cheese sauce.

Lewreader,’ I do not get hypnotized. I tried it once to try and quit smoking. That was my last attempt. Must have been a good 15 years ago - if not more.

Actually, MT Lady, we have been listed for Do Not Call–but it seems like there are always a few companies who try to skirt such things very very closely….

(The reason I signed up was an obnoxious caller who tried to get us interested in government programs–but never identified who they were. This went on every day. On each of two lines. For over four months. (Had we been interested, a week or two would have sufficed. Certainly a month would have worn us down. But after four months, with no end in sight, I signed up.)

@Sojo, I too sent a check in the mail. Unfortunately, without your address, I doubt it will go anywhere.

And besides, you forgot to tell me to sign it…

A few years ago I not only had sinus problems, ran chills and on daughter’s graduation weekend developed pink eye. I called in and off for two days. I had gone to doctor for this. My b-i-l has sever broncitis he spread at the civic center at lawn and garden show. He’s had this since December last year.

Will be awhile. Allergies take forever. I get this usually twice a year. This will be second time. Trouble is doctor’s and pharmacies have hands tided. We need strong antibiotics to kill nasty germs. We need Big Sister canon to invade the body and boom not splat either the germs.

My favorite show is coming on usually twice a year Dancing with the Stars. I will try hard not to talk about this. Me wonder who will be booted off the show first. Hmmmm. Not sure if Christie Alley will last and the show hasn’t started. Twelve seasons.

♥Kab♥ - I’ve never watched that show.

For those annoying calls. I believe nonprofit organizations asking for money are exempt from that list. You can tell them not to call and their not suppose to. We get one from unknown/#.

I know most or all of you don’t watch that show. I don’t watch sports. Though sports or atheletics have been on it and won.

Got home from work at 6pm and just got finished fixing the furnace. I’ve got three people in the house that think I am the best right now. :^) I ordered the part on Amazon yesterday and it showed up today! And it only cost $3.99 for the one day service!

My mom floor furnace had to be replaced after working for close to 30 years.
