A huge deposit into the Karma Bank….my car’s a/c, which was busted, was fixed for about $140.00, and the rest of the engine is doing well. Changed filters, oil, etc, etc.Out for less than $400.00. With the other car out for less than $400,both of them without seeing the inside of a service bay for over two years, is Karma that bad luck don’t mess with. All I need now is tires and possibly brakes. Gerald’s tomorrow morning bright and early. Sigh….

I hope everyone else is going ok, specially those who are under the weather.

All this fuss about Discovery. For me, such endings are always a bit melancholy. I remember when Columbia first blasted off on a mission–the week after I wrote my College Thesis. And, IIRC, the week I wrote it was when the miniseries Masada was showing–I watched the first half hour and the last hour.
