I have a curious question from ones who live in an apartment. With people coming and going espcially staying are they LOUD. I am basing an essay on Homeowners versus renters. And I know homeowners can turn their own homes into rental homes. Not necessarily apartments.

Hello ♥Kab♥ - I know nothing! Probably depends upon the apartment though.

Kab Sister, usually things such as noise levels, the amount of time guests may stay or anything like that are covered in the lease or whatever papers the renters and rentees (whatever) sign. In apartment complexes they are careful to cover those things so that if they can maintain a complex where people want to stay.

If the neighbors are too loud, they should talk to the manager or property owners, unless they feel comfortable talking the people themselves. If they think their neighbors are going to be bad neighbors in general it is better to leave it to the people responsible.

Good information, Ooops We have people in back of us across the creek, who rent and they are “good neighbors”…quiet and responsible. I think the creek and the trees help. Everyone on our side owns.

We are having alternating rain and sun with cool temperatures. Surprisingly it is only nice when I am inside.

What do you think about nitroglycerin in my coffee to help keep our arteries clear?

We have sunshine here now and it is pretty after intermittant cloudiness! I sat out on the deck and let the sun chase some germs away for awhile. Felt Soooo warm and nice.

We haven’t rented in a long time. I also asked my daughter who stayed with her best friend at the time about what she heard of renters. We have lived in a house a lot longer. We though decades ago lived in a trailer home and paid lot rent. Took a loss on sale of mobile home but glad to get out. I was working on my essay a little over 2 pages. ♪Hopeandjoy♫ I like your smiling faces and Big Sister you get some good ones to in especailly when early morning comes.

I’m not going to post my essay on BT comment section. I have asked a couple others not on GC site for help. I have until 15th to turn in. Instructor wants us to take our time and assist each other with there thoughts.

Very quite here. Some ways I feel for landlords, with all the complaints they receive because of a few who want to violate rental agreements. Then some people I hope are calmer.

Quiet day today - as usual for Saturday, I guess.

Mid-80’s here today and I’m loving it. I actually sleep so much better in hot weather. No covers of any kind and practically no clothing of any kind during the warmer months.

Cap’n Quaby, if when you aren’t here it is because you are feeling better…… then the less we see you the better! I sure do like your weekend lunches, homemade butterscotch pudding (What kind of Scotch do you use?), and high seas high jinx though.  

And no I haven’t fired up the a/c yet either.

I’ve got it! during the brief sunny spells we can drag out a lawn chair and surround it by heaters!

Having a heat wave, Ooops!?

Good evening all I won’t be on too much longer. Church day for us. Big Sister you describe what others are doing on your coughing spell. I just can’t believe for Sunday close to 90°. My mom has a window unit and that is covered. She has not been feeling very good at all. Major infection that doesn’t want to go away two areas on her. Sinus passages and I think bladder with a little bleeding. She is feeling lossy. She is fighting this her BD 17th.

She is very cold blooded warm weather makes her warm up a little and the rest of us will be sweeting.

Kab Sister, cranberry juice to the rescue. It goes really well with blueberry juice. They are both good for her. I hope she feels better soon.

We have temperatures around 50°. At least we aren’t looking at piles of snow.

Make her go jogging!

Her doctor gave a stronger antibiotic shot and she takes meds. She has been told drink lots of water. Glad you didn’t say about orange juice you can not have that.

I don’t know if she can drink cranberry. Due to acid. Her mouth will break out in canker sores. Doctor as far as I know didn’t tell about that but lots of water and to eat three times a day.

Good evening. I will let you know on this Big Sister she will soon be 86 and she really misses walking. She is much smaller then me and my sister. Very Petite and 5’5” I’m guessing. She loves to walk needs no help, when she feels good can get down and up with no effort. For me I would be in trouble.

Lonewolf did you have a great day? I came close to sending you through email something my hubby emailed me and the place looks all glass very very elegant and nice. Reminds me close to a hotel or office setting.

Rest well, Grog Kab the water intake is very necessary to help get over bladder/kidney infections and is not something older people usually do….get enough water.
