Hi, friends! Just thought I’d pop in before I start cleaning up the trailer. I had to leave my laptop at home, so my son could work on his Powerpoint presentation. I got mine done, although I might want to tweak it a bit more. I got two of the four tomato plants planted. The other two will have to wait until Friday evening or Saturday. My job as substitute is tomorrow. Kab - I don’t like refried beans, either. But tacos & enchiladas never have beans. There can be other items as well, sanchos, taco salads, etc. Just read the descriptions or ask the server.

Hello. SRMom that is one thing I will be asking no refried beans. Can’t stand that. The company should be great. Curious what are you and your PowerPoint presentation going to be. I had fun with that. I used b-i-l product for mine. What subjects will you be subbing on and how exciting for you. May most schools will be close to rapping and getting ready for finals. ♠Lonewolf♠ not sure why you are sick. The worst of part of tests depends on the tests is waiting. For me blood tests not so much waiting time. My mom has had problems with infections now mostly allergies but infection on lower part of her keeps persisting. She thinks allergies is something big I told her naw very common I suffer with them year around.

The bronchoscopy is the worst for me. Eye pressure tests and check ups are taxing because of the sensitivity of my eyes to light. Difficult for me to sit still. :^)

My allergies that I have acquired in recent years mask the underlying probelms quite frequently. Hard to tell one from the other and what exactly I need on given days.

Will not be on for much for a bit as I’m making a disk image of mt hard drive to a removable drive over a USB 2 connection, will take a few hours.

Ooops: I don’t think anyone answered your question from yesterday: a pestle is a heavy, bat-like rod with a rounded end and is used in a mortar to grind spices and other foodstuffs. Also used by pharmacists to grind some medications.

I’ve used mortars and pestles made of granite, soapstone, and stainless steel. The stainless steel variety came from my local East Indian food store and has a flat-bottomed pestle.
